PokerRoom’s website is top of the line. Each section of the website is easy to find and visit, and the no download software starts up quickly. You can easily switch between PokerRoom and Casino Room if you want to have some variety and the website also looks very nice as well.
The PokerRoom software is very easy to use as well, with the games being divided into two sections, ring games, and tournaments. When you visit one of these sections there will be more filters, making it easy to find the game of your choice at your preferred stakes. The graphics in PokerRoom’s download client are very nice, and the no download version’s graphics do suffer some, but both versions are easy to use and fun to play.

Email support is the only customer service that PokerRoom offers to its players. The response time is fast, but that is still not enough to make up for the lack of telephone and live chat support.

The competition is easy to beat at PokerRoom. The players are very loose, see too many flops, and go too far with mediocre hands when they are trying to catch a miracle. Skilled players will do well at PokerRoom.

PokerRoom offers these poker games: Texas Holdem, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo, and Five Card Draw. This is a nice selection, especially Five Card Draw which is not usually found in online poker rooms.
