It was quite a good morning for high stakes gambler Viktor “Isildur1″ Blom. He took on Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies in a four-table Pot-Limit Omaha battle. Their competition began on Full Tilt Poker tables Crazy Action, Bracken, Seabaugh, and Millis with $300/$600 blinds and a $100 ante. But after just 99 hands, Sahamies had won almosts $273K in less than 15 minutes and had Blom wanting bigger stakes. It would turn out to be a great move for Blom.
Both players faced off on tables Breaks, Royal Guard, Monarch Bay, and Summer Mesa for 100 minutes as Blom took down all seven pots worth over $400K. It would take a $1.67 million loss for Sahamies to finally call it quits. Combing the results from both levels would give Blom almost $1.4 million in overall winnings through 1,045 total hands played against Sahamies.
