It was quite a spectacle that occured between a couple of high stakes poker players during the evening hours on Full Tilt Poker table Ivey Thunderdome. Phil Ivey and Tom “durrrr” Dwan engaged in a heads-up $500/$1000 Pot-Limit Omaha battle for well over five hours as Dwan just absolutely refused to give in. Ivey was on fire as he managed to take down six of the eight largest hands — including both massive $300K+ pots. Dwan eventually called it a night after Ivey’s stack grew past the million dollar mark as he had amassed a sick $904K+ win in the Thunderdome.
