Fresh off an $8K win over “CHUFTY” and a $69K+ win over Brian Hastings, the player known as “present” continued his rush as he now battled Phil “OMGClayAiken” Galfond in some $200/$400 Pot-Limit Hold’em/Omaha. Their session would begin on Full Tilt Poker table Rick where they would play for 20 minutes. After getting out to a $35K+ lead, “present” suggested they up the stakes to $300/$600 blinds. Galfond was apparently more than willing as he suggested proposed two tables at those limits. “present” agreed and so they continued combat on tables Gaze and Shaw.
It was quite a rush that “present” was on as he took down two six-figure pots, one in each game, Hold’em and Omaha. It took less than half-an-hour for “present” to plow through Galfond as he picked up another $169K in winnings before his opponent wisely decided to call it quits.
