There was an extremely ridiculous and very entertaining $50/$100 Pot-Limit Omaha match going down between Mark Vos and the player known as “Sapster”. Despite the maximum being set at only $10K, there was over $190K on the table. It was widely speculated that “Sapster” was indeed intoxicated and, thus, rationalizing why Vos was running over “Sapster”. He surely must’ve been a bit inebriated when he managed to get it all-in pre-flop sitting on a 8 buy-in stack against Vos’ pocket Aces, double suited. Despite being a 2 to 1 underdog to win the $167K+ pot, he somehow pulled it off and the match continued. No worries though, as Vos would expectedly comeback and break his opponent after finishing with a total $175K win.
