Sahamies Scores Another $200K Win Over Ivey

The action was back on at Full Tilt Poker table Ivey Thunderdome when high stakes professional Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies sat down to play some $500/$1000 PL Omaha against Phil Ivey. They played an afternoon session which lasted only 20 minutes. The first big pot came when Ivey flopped the nut flush only to lose the Sahamies’ flopped straight flush that took down a $103K+ pot. Ivey would rebuy after the hand and eventually lose a $180K+ pot with Aces in the hole to finish with a total $200K loss in the match. Added with a $200K win earlier in the week, this win puts Sahamies up $400K total on Ivey over the past five days. After Ivey left the table, Sahamies had some jokes for the railbirds.
