A few hours after some intense battles at the No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha tables, John D’Agostino and David “magicpitch1″ Benyamine faced off once again in a heads-up $200/$400 NL Hold’em match. This one fell in the favor of D’Agostino though as he left with a $55K+ win after just about a half-hour of play.

The first featured hand had D’Agostino making a loose call again Benyamine. After calling Benyamine’s pre-flop raise, D’Agostino check-raised the 7h6s2h flop up to $7K. Benyamine moved in and D’Agostino made the call. He showed Th7c for top pair while Benyamine showed KsKd for a pair of Kings. The Kings held up and Benyamine raked in a $42K+ pot.

The 8c on the turn prompted an all-in move from Benyamine. After some thought, D’Agostino made the call. D’Agostino flipped over the Jc8c for top pair with a dead flush draw. Though behind at the moment, Benyamine was a 56% to 44% favorite with 16 outs. The Jh on the turn though killed Benyamine’s over card outs and he was down to 10 outs. No Queen or Club hit the river, however, when the Td fell on the river.
